Removing Tranqs and molotovs from the build server.

Yesterday on the server I got tranq a million times! So anoying!

OnTopic:

Remove tranq ability.
Make molotovs only work on your own props
Remove player damage (but keep blood damage marks)

Do these, but don't remove these usefull tools.

- support for the general weapons. I like to test my duped for any messups in my defensives, and see what is bulletproof or not.

Tranq and moli's both gotta go though. + for them.

I'd also like to point out the tranquiliser, I believe that still works and can knock people unconscious while trying to build.

I am strung between the two, perhaps player damage shouldn't be caused by any weapons, and there isn't really any need to Molotovs on there.

Tanqing has been blocking, molotovs only work on your own dupes
