A nice little site which was broadcasted on T.V - http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/
Basically you can configure your own PC/Laptop/Tablet ect Not sure if it's UK based only.

The site appears in Dutch for me, so it's not UK based only! Thanks for telling me about this website, I'm looking for a new PC.

That looks very good. I like those sorts of companies which allow you to choose your PC components and they build it for you.
