Title of Suggestion: Remove stamina on the build server.

Description: Remove stamina.

Why: you can't go up when pressing space in noclip mode when stamina is below 4.

You can't jump when your stamina is below five. Why do you use stamina on the build server anyway?

You use stamina on the build server to go up when noclipping, since you jump to go up.
