False Ban Reason, Request Denied by Abuser

Evidence: Fultzy has given me three reasons to be banned: FailRP, Homophobia, Disrespect towards an admin.
I shouldn't be banned for FailRP, I have no reason to be, also none of these were ever explained in his reply to my unban request. He never appealed to all three reasons in the the thread after I had apologized to speak like gentleman about the other two reasons.
My main question is why must he be so upset to go and deny my request without appeal to the other reasons. My ban is 30 days and the guy who I report for RDM-ing 2 or more people at the time, got 20 days. That's a little bit unfair. I don't expect anything to be done about his rights, but his reputation is very low from where I speak.

You're completely right! But you cannot deal with a situation and only look at what has been said against you, that's just not right. He is still an admin and he still has no explanation of banning me for FailRP. I was in the wrong to call him a cigarette. I use it as "You're an a-hole." So you may not take my word for it, but the reason I did use that term is because I wanted to curse everyone admin out. Why? Well this random citizen walked into Tonic's mini mart where I work and his job was role-playing as a thug. So he knocked everything down off the shelves that we stocked and shot two of my co-workers and killed one. The cops arrived and they looked at us as if we were the ones who killed our co-worker. They let the bad guy right out the door! I reported it in OOC like the noob that I am. No admins did anything, except for Vault telling me not to use the f-word. So I assume Fultzy teleported out of nowhere resolve the situation a bit late and gave two people rp points while I was speakin madly about how the admins didn't do anything. I don't have logs because I jumped off Garry's mod to go post an unban request here on the forums. I can't believe how much bullcrap I've heard in this single day.

I handled the kid that ruined the rp and he was banned. You are there calling me a cigarette because I didnt answer the request which I clearly did and if you look in the ban list the ban is there.

And Spartan was the one who banned you because I was unable to access your name through the ban system. He put FailRP by mistake. But I told him a month and it will stay a month because instead of waiting for the situation to be handled you start complaining about the admins not answer your call in the OOC.

I'd like to see the time when I was banned and when he was banned. Why that matters? Why am I an offense to an admin when clearly the rdm-er is the one doing damage. I'll stop comparing myself. When I come back after thirty days, you can work on a different attitude towards me, because I sure won't want a reason against me being disrespectful. If not, then I'll be watching for your every mistake as you are not only an admin, but a player with rules to follow.

Why should I talk to you? You told me no changes on my ban will be made, sooo go ban some other people. Go on. This thread can be closed I don't care to deal with people who ban for homophobia. That's literally the stupidest thing I've ever seen. I apologize completely if that hurts your feelings and for being a pain the ass but I'm not sitting through 30 days to have you ban me again. So bye.
