Backstory

Costra Famiglia was founded in 1949 by Lano Costra in Sicilia, Italy. The family was known for its exceptional operation with in cigarette smuggling and arms trafficking. In 1951, the family came to America, that opened up more opportunities for the family. Today in 2013, the family resides and operates in Evocity. Members of the Costra Famiglia are known as "costranos" or "costranies". The family owns many fine shops in the inner-city area, and several residences in Evocity.

Evocity Police Department is investigating several crimes suspected to be committed by the Costra Famiglia. Several Mayors and well-known businessmen are suspected for corruption and for being associates with the Costra Famiglia. No arrests have currently been made, Lano Costra, original founder and first Don of the family was the only high standing family member who was arrested in 1956, he died in 1974.
