Unban me? it wasn't me

I got banned for CarDM and it wasn't me driving the car? :O
My friend just bought a new car and we wanted to test it, and i was sitting in the passenger seat?

Well, you ran over somebody, nearly me too but I was in noclip, when I removed the car, you were the only one there so who else could have been driving? I don't get that point.

They were driving around they cardmed. The driver got killed off a cop or something.
Nielsen jumps out off det car. That's what Nudel sees. And he got a ban.
I mean, I would do the same thing. If I only see THAT car cardm. And THAT man goes out off the car.
Then it's obiously that it's that guy.
