You can try to rename your map to plain lowercase, I don't know if it's included in the new update that it uses names or such more precisely.
Download v2d on the Workshop if it doesn't help from the site, also move the RAR file away from that folder, it may cause a problem.

that is why your in garrymod_old
look in steamapps/common
