I can confrim he did this, but his hours where low. so i did not take evidence (i was on the other end of the first screen shoot as a PC (PoliceSarge))

It seems he was new to the server and didn't exactly know what he was doing, You could at least helped him out by telling him he wasn't allowed to do what he was doing and that he should read the rules.

Players need to stop trying to get new players banned for small offenses they didn't know and most easily would listen and not do it again.
