Summary: As SRU we had many reports of someone randomly snipping people. First around the apartments then I started to see shots flying around so I investigated. Behind BP was a tall structure owned by Skrollx. Whenever I would walk by with other SRU he would stand there jumping and as soon as cops weren't looking he would snipe people. When we went to enter the tides to deal with something I was able to get screen shots of him taking out his AWP, he disconnected as an admin came on and most of my proof will be found in the logs where you will be able to see his kills go from 5 to 15 in about a 20 minute period and many kills with the awp on random people like cops, a chauffeur and a fireman.

I wasn't able to get close enough to get his name because when we went to search his house to arrest him for shooting citizens he disconnected.
