Summary: 1. Well. I seen him Public Building and went up to him and asked him why he was doing so in local OOC. He then turned around and said he phoned an admin and asked. See below (Read chatbox)

2. After this he decided it would be a good plan to pull out his AK for asking him. This is backseat admining. If Temar could check the logs for this piece of evidence since I was not recording at the time. This was also FailRP since a chef had a gun.
