Summary: So, we were going into this guys base to help him with some props that we had some concerns with, if they are allowed or not. All of a sudden I heard contra, I looked around for it and told [FL:RP]Joykill, my partner at the time, to cuff him. He proceeded to run away off the raised part and got in his car, breaking FearRP We apprehended him and we saw the following: Contra hidden behind a fading door "box" with the keypad on the opposite site of the courtyard (Door rule #3 Keypads need to be visible and function needs to be clear). The contra is just barely visible. I took several pictures of the keypad but forgot to get a picture of the door. He also broke NLR by coming back to his base. As of this writing I had Joykill take pictures and he should post here shortly with more pictures and to confirm as well as DigDug.

This is so unfair. I moved my whole prop and forogot to move the keypad. it was within abotu 6 feet of the door. BUT. the keypad was still visible. and you didnt " apprehend him" you killed me flat out. if i knew this conflicted with many rules i wouldnt of moved my prop base. If asked i would of simpley moved my keypad and let them destroy the contra. also what is ment by "fading door box"? the whole prop is made from like 15 bits. after this has happened iv been told "i choose to break rules" i simply didnt. i didnt intend to break any. i plat clean. and i think this is sick not getting any admin advice or warning's. just going straight into a ban. for "breaking a rule" i didnt understand.

Quote:Keypads or buttons needs to be visible, accessible and their function has to be clear.
The function of the keypad clearly wasn't clear. When searching I had to guess on how you opened the room. "Forgot" to move my props isn't a excuse to not be banned. We haven't ever said "you choice to break the rules". You should read and understand the rules before playing...

I wasn't sure how to describe the box. You yourself said you understood the rules and read them many times.

Yes i have. but every server has different rules. i go by the general rules of "keypad visible" and this is not worth a ban for someone who did not intend to even break rules.

"Keypads or buttons needs to be visible, accessible and their function has to be clear." didnt know the last part even exsisted "function clear"

So you confess you broke the rules? Finally.
Intended or not, you broke the rules. You should read the rules entirely...

For any admin about to read this, i was the only other witness other than the police involved. I will tell you now. This is utter shit. This is the most silly thing i have ever heard about on this game. They break a ton of rules within about 5 mins ranging from rdm, cdm, raiding without warrant, random tazing and handcuffing, prop climbing. The list is endless. I have no proof about what they did, but like i said im a witness. The whole thing should just be dropped.

Fearless isn't like DarkRP. We have our own set of specific rules.

i didnt confess.. i said i didnt know it said function clear. my keypad was visible, accessable, but what you say function not clear. the keypad WAS clear and accessable
