Blackwater Inc. was founded by Butch Steel. He was originally a millionaire when the anti-crime found out he was doing the drug dealings, and they tried to arrest Butch Steel. He escaped, and was forced into hiding. He eventually found other followers that were determined to help the leader and get back at the anti-crime team. After Blackwater took out the anti-crime team, we were determined to stop any evil that threatened evocity. This could mean the government, the mafia, aliens etc. We were sick of standing idly by as evocity citizens were attacked or forced to do something. We wear a mask for all our work.
Blackwater offers the best security. We are cheap (different prices for different things), and we do the best undercover security too.
Here is a list of things we can offer:

- Protecting cars
- Protecting contraband
- Protecting Buildings
and various other things can be discussed with any of our members.

2. Try and be as active as possible.
3. Do not try to start wars with other clans.
4. Leave other members contraband alone unless instructed to by the owner of the contraband.

The Supreme Division is the highest clan. It is for the leaders of the clan. The supreme division is for the people that show a lot of leadership and devotion to the clan. Only the clan leader can choose who is accepted into the Supreme Division.
