Summary:
Basically what happened was, I was just walking down the chaotic streets of evocity, when suddenly this rebel tranqualizes a cop. I decided to run around BP to taze him from behind, when I managed to taze him he left as shown in the picture. I know it's poor evidence but hopefully it's enough to get this arse off the servers for some time.
