As a Witness of the case.
I'm posting my own pictures to add more evidences on the case regarding prop usage of this player.

This player has severely abused the props & spawned multiple times huge props which led to the death of many players.
Without noting the number of times that this player has proppushed & propblocked!
I could conclude that this player attempted to crash voluntary the server by causing massive lags ...

Are some more pictures for evidence for him.
He spawned +/- 20 of the towers you can see in one of the screenshots and then unfroze them which lagged the server.
