Questions about buying/selling a PC.
#1
Hey all,

Today I have several questions for you to answer.

1/ What should I ask for my laptop (3.5 years old)

It's a Packerd Bell Easy Note ML-61

It's got 2 2.50 gb hard drives, a AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core RM-74 Mobile CPU, a (disapointing) ATI Radeon HD 3470 GPU (256 mb embedded), 4 GB Ram.

I aim at about 300-400 euros (if that's possible to get)

2/ Should I buy this PC (wich I composed myself on alternate.be)

Intel® Core™ i7-2600K -- Arctic-Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 (CPU cooler)
ASUS EAH6950 DCII/2DI4S (ATI Radeon HD 6950 --> 2048 MB, 256 Bit, PCIe x16 v2.0)
Thermaltake Toughpower XT 875W
Sony Optiarc AD-7260S-0B (DVD burner)
Antec TriCool (2 times + some standard with the case)
ASUS P8P67 LE (motherboard)
Samsung HD103SJ (hard drive)
GeIL 8 GB DDR3-1333 Kit (RAM, duh)
Antec Antec Six Hundred ATX (case)

Price: € 1,049.44 (+ € 25 for the installation, I'm experienced NOT in installing a PC)

3/ Are there any things that I should downgrade or replace so I'll get a cheaper, but still great gaming pc?

4/ Should I wait for the AMD Bulldozer CPU line and recompose my pc when it come out?

Thx for answering the questions

Grtz,

/2.7\

I'd say you'd struggle to get that, although it depends what you paid ..

For something thats nearly 4 years old :/

It tends to almost half in value, every year, so you can work it out from that Smile

It also depends from the quality of the computer. My PC (desktop) is also around 3.5 years old. And it works more than perfect.

But, because I known frozen_Fear in real, I known his pc sucks xd.
It sometimes crashes at gaming etc.
Soooo... I guess around €200.
