Summary: I was going to arrest a rebel for having a gun out and he started shooting me. I think he got out of ammo and put the gun away so I handcuffed him. During the handcuffing Mountain goat came in with a Mac 10 and started shooting but I fired back so he ran away, then he camed back unarmed so I was going to arrest him to but he ran away and later came with a pistol. He clearly broke fear RP. Gratis Bier was just a CDMing minge, the two officers that lay injured/dead when I respawn was also a victim of this guy.
