Uneccesary sure, random no. If I was being hit in real life I would probably pull a knife like that. And he didnt stop either when I hit him once and told him to stop, then twice. And then I had it and killed him.

About the FearRP, I didnt know it applied with handcuffs, does it state that in the rules, please show me.

True that one. But can you at least remove 24 hours off my time. I didnt RDM.
I wasnt looking for loopholes, I genuinely didnt know I couldn't run away from a rope and/or handcuff
