Well.. He clearly builds IN public, and ON the street.
So he broke rules. There is no excuse for buildning on the street and in public for a race.

Well this could have been a road block. And if you tried to drive though them it would work with ease. I did this several times and dident find anything wrong with it.

But i suggest waiting for someone elses opinion. Especilly an admin.

yea, that's a good idea Paven. i was there at that time and he also spammed these.. idk metal things..? in the City aaaaall the way through it. at public areas AND ON the road. These were freezed and impossible to break through.
