DDoS Protection

Does FL even have DDoS protection? I'm sick of the servers getting attacked.

Indiscussable due to the price.

Damn that sucks, hopefully more people will donate and maybe one day FL will be able to get it.

If you need to counter the most attacks, the prices can range from $3000 - 5000 a month, though there is some that can block minor attacks for $500 - $1000.

Considering this, I'd rather live with the lag.

There is no solution against DDoS attack, you can only live with it. Maybe for 10 grand a month, but that's never going to be invested.

Oh wow, I didn't know it cost that much. Are you able to trace it back to the person who's sending the attacks out?

1500-2000$/month against a small or medium sized DDoS attack. Above that, nothing is efficient enough.

3000-5000$ range is abit too expensive, or it would block a sort of mid-large attack (Between a medium and a large attack). Once again, above that : Inefficient, too expensive, useless, f... it.

Not really.

You are able to track them if they are not using a VPN. If they are that's quite hard to do

It's still possible, a little more challenging, but ... Here's an example. (Propably the worst example ever)

I might even be wrong with these examples, But.. YEAH FTW IT IS POSSIBRUH!
