Summary: Building a custom vehicle, abusing tools, building a chair attached to
platforms to make him fly.
Making a lockdown in which if people aren't in their house, they get ran over by him. (Mass CDM) 07:14 is when he mass CDM's. I only get a few CDM's on screenshots. Check the logs.
