Hello BlueScattle,

Try to download that to fix it!
Extract it and move it to your C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\username\garrysmod\garrysmod folder

But I'm not sure if it could fix it because I tried for myself it, it didn't work.

I too had that problem, it went after I enabled Counter Strike: Source.

Well, my Counter Strike : Source has been always enabled.
