Why we should unban you: I have allowed borders from the pressident and i was building them. One guy CMD me and when i was running to move props from the road i was been banned. (Im not good builder so i am not building it in the City)

You had basically a propblock in the road, frozen props, non breakable.
This is common sense and in my opinion, does not need a warning, you should have read the rules.

And usually, borders are made at the city border, not at the lake; But maybe that's just me.

As i write at first post-I am not good builder so i want to build it on secluded location, then i will move it to City. But the Fail RP, CMDers kill me and you are going trought map and see it. What i should do?
