Remove Car and Prop Damage

Simply put you know get knock out if hit by a car but not if hit too hard
you will need a paramedic oh and i also blocked prop damage

The new system works well. When a car hits you (depends on what speed), you get knocked out and only paramedic can revive you (you can just press on the space bar to get killed if you wish not to wait for a paramedic).
