about 5 mins ago i was buying a lokus from a boy named xXJamiebh123Xx and i gave him 18k for the car he said he could not drop the car because he lost his cop car and i asked him could i have my money back he said " no way" and said "It was f***ing lagging" and disconnected by user he took my money can someone get it back and ban him!

Let me explain one simple thing. The Lokus costs 70k and can be sold to the market for 35k, when you "bought" it for 18k. In a case like that, you should know that the seller might be a scammer, as he can get more profit by selling the car back to the market.
