I have never done this, my brother has.

It sounded quite awesome, he went to a like, psychologist/specialist.

And also, why wouldn't you stand open for it, and co-operate? It seems to be a nice experience, and who cares! Smile

Wait, is Hypnosis something like Lucid Dreaming? Or Sleep Paralysis or whadahell? Because I got to tell you, I'm a Lucid Dreamer, And Lucid Dreaming IS AWESOME!~#@!$@%!

Well it kinda depends i have never experienced a Lucid Dream but i have heard that while in a Lucid Dream you can't move your body or atleast your brain don't register that you are moving your body. While in Hypnosis you can move your body how ever much you want but it might wake you up from the hypnosis itself since you are no longer relaxed.

Sleep paralysis is a bitch. I experienced a period where I couldn't move for some seconds whenever I woke up. I usually sleep with my head between two pillows and waking up in that position made me feel I'm suffocating and I usually tried to twitch my body awake.

You gotta fight Sleep Paralysis, I'm getting it much less nao, I was in sleep paralysis once for an hour, It was so DAMN difficult to breath! It felt like somebody took a shit into my nose! I could only move my eyes, and I saw many different shit that actually wasn't there, I actually saw somebody in my mirror, but he was not there in reality. It was crazy, and I was frozen in my bed... How's that? Frozen in your bed, difficult to breath, hallucinations. Back to lucid dreams, The worst part of them, is when you wake up, actually, a false awakening, you think you woke up, but you actually woke up "in a dream", Sorry if you do not understand, I'm really bad at explaining this kind of stuff, but yeah, I just woke up, was prepared to go to school, and when I was going to school, nobody was on the streets, there were weird roads, roads that weren't there in reality, very tall houses, then I realized I was dreaming, and at that point I woke up "for real". That was one of my first LD's.

But yeah, Sleep Paralysis is SCARY AS SHIT! Playing Amnesia at night isn't that scary as being in Sleep Paralysis...

No you would not like to, trust me... You'd want to get out of it very soon as it starts, you often only get hallucinations about your fear, if you're scared of something, it'll be there.

I know how it works. The hallucinations center more on things going in your subconsciousness rather than fears specific. I've experienced hallucinations in sleep paralysis only once. Even though it was only long and high beep noice it anguished. If it feels horrible doesn't mean I wouldn't like to experience it.

True, but believe me, you'll get scared like shit when there'll be somebody sitting on your chest with a knife in his hands. Even tho it sounds fake, but at that moment when you experience it, you can't realize it is fake, because your mind is 50% woken up and 50% sleeping or something like that. :p
