Since you only have one ban Donut, and it was some time ago, I'll let this end with a warning. You cannot "Unhandcuff" people infront of officers, because that would just make you get arrested too. Sure you had a reason but it doesn't fit into "Realism". Also it's unrealistic that someone can just unhandcuff anyone so quick, the rope is only there to be used really when police aren't nearby.
