Command target ID

Title of Suggestion: Command target ID

Description: It happens now and then that you're not able to perform a command on someone since their name contain non-alphabetic characters. My idea is to give every player an ID, just like in the console. For example:

President could you warrant [FL] SoulRipper (12) for an arrest?

The president will be able to do /warrant soulripper arrest or /warrant 12 arrest.

Note. The fact that the Steam player name get's used at a warrant is a flaw, this will be changed soon by me. However this is just an example.

And when you look at a person, you see behind his name his ID.

Why: To allow people having those non-alphabetic names and to make it easier to use an command.

Reasons :
  • To allow people having those non-alphabetic names and to make it easier to use an command.
  • Will not anymore allow people that have non-alphabetic names to avoid to get warranted/arrested/searched.

i say just use the same number as in status
make it easy to find out with out doing status, like when you look at someone it shows the id too

Sure, +support.

There is only one possible issue when using it I can think of:
What if I want to warrant player (12) but there is another player which his name contains "12", what will happen then?
#9
check for valid ID first and use id before checking for name
if player is name 12 dont use 12 use his id instead

Hehe, why even suggest it? Implement naw!
