Were we started off!
We started off as a small group of officers watching over EvoCity searching for crimes, We made over 345,000 Just patroling and fineing people for either speeding or CDM, Then we thought of the CPA and worked on it, we made advanced dupes for the HQ and now our protection has started! For years EvoCity has struggled to find peace, With the CPA on your side you will get all the protection you deserve!
When It all began
When Tom Hawk was born in 1982 His family were spys, they trained him ever scince he was 6 in 1988 at the age of 6 It began! At school he never usually made friends he was more of the quite one, when he was 14 in 1996 In year 9 It happend He had started war with the school when he was young he had hidden the anger and aggrestion and let it out on that day. He got punched in the face by an 19 year old boy called Zero Dodger, Tom began to feel pains across his neck then he could not stop his foot from lashing into Zeros Leg, Ever scince that day he left home. He found another boy same age called Ash they both got a job as a police officer and worked togather. They were big shots. They never stopped uintill they had solved a crime and they became the best of friends. They started to make a HQ at the local car shop and tearned it into there HQ they[/quote] decided to call it the CPA That stands for the "Citizen Protection Agency". After about 7 years They began to grow stronger they earned over 300,000$ Just fineing people. 10 years later they decided to let people join there Clan and as we speack Crime is stopped. You can sign up by copying and Filling out this form below and pasteing it in the reply box and we will reply as fast as we can you must choose the rank you want to be and in 5 days We are doing try outs if you pass all the tests then you will proceed to the rank you want to become, remember practise makes perfect! Remember copy this template and paste it in the comments box, make sure to fill it out!

We have tasks for different groups. Once you join the CPA you must join a group of 3-5 players and stick to each other like bees to honey! If a man is weak never leave him behind use the radio command to call for backup, this is why you need to know your coordinates! Also If you are lost use the [/radio] command to send backup, and we will search for you!

CPA Goals!
-Goal 1 To make all of the EvoCity Citizens feel protected, not having to worry about crime raiding and carjacking.
-Goal 2 To protect The Presidant no matter what!
-Goal 3 To make sure every crime is solved!
-Goal 4 To train and train again until we win!
-Goal 5 Never loose a man in a fight!
We will start you off with a basic test you must do all of the following...
. Read all the rules
. Practise with a rifle
. Practise Going the speed limit
- You must be a good driver!
Then we make sure you have the right equipment of the following...
Food
- Fish 70%
- Gold Fish 100% [Recommended]
- Chinese 50%
Ammo [For one mission][You will not use it all, It's for backup]
- 10 Rifle ammo
- 8 Pistol ammo
- 5 Sniper ammo
- 15 Shotgun ammo
Pharmaceuticals
- 5 Paracetamol [Small pills which unlur vision when low on health]
- 10 Health Kit [A health kit which restores 50HP]
- 5 Steroids [Small pills which restore 100 stamina]
Guns [Atleaset one of the following]
- M4A1's - 1-5
- Galil's - [1-2]
- MP5's - [1-3]
- AK47's - [2-3]
- Shotgun M3 - [1-2]
- Deagle's - [2-3]
- Famas - [1-1]
- UMP's - [1-2]
- USP's - [2-3]
- AWP - [1-2]

. Make sure you know every coordinate like Industrial, MLT, Downtown Moters, Corleone. act
. Know your partner well
. Be good at driving
. Never shoot a man with out notice of what he is doing

Rules!
1. No stealing from other members
2. No gunpoint at other members
3. Do not use your Weapon in public, only if there is something seriously bad happening.
4. No killing team mates
5. Follow the server rules
6. Do not use props as an advantage for Prop climbing [To get over someones base], Prop surf [To get to places quicker] Or prop block [To hide in a room once on low health]
7. Only up to 15 Members on a single mission, If it is another clan up to 45 Members are allowed to come.
8. Cars are parked outside HQ [Downtown Moters][Where the parking spaces are!]
9. No mingeing your team mates to get there guns, If this happens you will be fined the amount of the gun, but you get to keep the one you minged.
