Summary: So I have known this... excuse my language, asshole for a long time (IRL) and In-Game, and from what I know he pisses on the rules like there is no tomorrow, but anyways here is the story...
First of all he got arrested for punching me, which he would get me banned for "Enjoy your ban Simon", and then he got his friend to him by using META and that friend then killed me and another officer point blank (RDM).
A little while later he was spotted in the Nexus where he had parked his car (He have done that before check his ban record) he then started massively RDMing with his friend "Bloddy Engel^^" inside Nexus.
Then he purchased an apartment and sat up a little fortress from where he RDM'ed everybody who he could hit, including me and a fellow officer. Also I suspect them for wall hacks as they shot us through the floor and walls...

This guy should be Perm Banned he is nothing but a danger to the community...
Its quite hard to see as it is from the top of the Nexus, but if you look very care fully you can see that "[FL:RP] Nielsen" and "Bloddy Engel^^" are Chair abusing to get out of they're RDM'ing hut as the Police Force stoms them...
