Summary:
Hobopower has been minging around a lot, CDMing, propkill, stealing cars, breaking FearRP and more, but I have solid evidence of him disconnected and reconnected to get out of jail, after being arrested.

Astro was President, he can back me up on this, and pretty much all of the government at the time can too, as everyone was complaining about him breaking rules and laws.

Video will be up in about 20 minutes, it would be like 4-5 but I am actually playing Garrys Mod ATM, so it's slow.

Yeah, he was placing random props and he killed me with a prop. Earlier when I was a rebel, and he was a rebel, I saw one of the rebels walk into a room so I walked in, and they told me to get out then killed me with a AWP straight away. He then killed me with props afterwards and stole my car as I was president.
