I was there i saw the whole thing!

its true. I was there and he was a minge for like 2 hours straight.

I also had a chase with him as cop, trying to get him to stop. When I finally got him boxed in, he refused to get out of the car and simply said that he was just going to stay in the car until the arrest warrant ran out.
