The meeting came to the conclusion thus:

We will take a 3 day ceasefire in which no recruiting will take place,
during the ceasefire, negotiations will continue and no Nightclubs or Casino's will be built,
The Yakuza specifically asked to publish their view on what is a nightclub so their opposition cannot claim ignorance.

A notice will be made by SemperFi, the member who said this shall remain anonymous.(Not a quote.)

The goal of the meeting is to address a form of surrender taken up by the Yakuza. All building rights will remain, but SemperFi (And it's allies) shall be the victorious party.

^ In the first meeting, this point was stressed but this is not the agreement we came to, that is already above, in Cyan.

I'm assuming no violent actions can take place between SemperFi and Yakuza can take place either during this ceasefire?

A ceasefire is a ceasefire, no raiding, no shooting with intent at each other. War is on hold for 3 days to tend to those whose ears are bleeding from the constant sounds of gunfire.
