I can vouch for that, at that time I was a jail guard and he kept spamming the mic as well... I've also seen him scream in chat

I was president at the time, he kept jaywalking, i could see him at the window, he got annoyed so he said that in OOC, and gamerfly also rejoined atleast 4 times when he got demoted for CDM
