First off you spelt questionnaire wrong, secondly on the forums or when you join the server for the first time.

Right now this is how it's working.
You've got a questionaire to fill out, failure to do so will result in a 30 minute ban. Secondly, the server is password protected, ALWAYS, that will never change, donor or not you will only get the password if you demonstrate good roleplaying abilities(This is subject to change.) Props are an important part of roleplay, theres no need to make people pay to use them.

if you fail it more then twice its a ban. The other two times are a kick.

That would keep player counts really low, besides - passwords leak.

The password can be changed every few months or so, and failRPers get perma-banned.
