For some reason, everytime I join to FL, I have to redownload all of the files. Even though I've already downloaded them. Any help is appreciated.

I suggest downloading the content pack, that would most likely fix this issue.

I'm having the same problem, Gmod isn't keeping the files after downloading them :/

Maybe try re-installing Garry's Mod, something is probably wrong with the files which deletes local content upon leave.

Tell me if it works.
