Summary: While looking through the Nexus floors, I found Vekman's contra base in the back of the third floor. However, when I got there, he immediately destroyed all of his contraband. Then my ever so convienent Comcast Internet made me time out, so I dunno when he left it, but I still have evidence of his presence.
After confronting him about this, he just laughed
