Constant Minging While Gmod Down

Summary: The Gmod broke down as most of us known, at near this time. I had left my garry's mod open and could therefor play with two other players on the server, Marinesnake and Zephyr... We contrawhored in each our building, and they both showed me their contrafarms as I did mine.
Zephyr was harassing this MarineSnake guy, so I decided, he was not worth shit, and raided his contrafarm. He got mad in OOC. And came back with a AWP to revenge kill me. I killed him with a M4a1. He shot down MarineSnake that was not involved at all, just standing over another place, being a BMD like me.
He returned with a AK47 and I again finished him off when I was attacked.
He returns one last time with a deagle, I do belive, and I shoot him down.
During this time elapse, went a hell lot of medkits....
He decided not to lose anymore guns, so he went Police commander to continue his NLR breaking. This gave me time to enable fraps. and I got some material...
After I got fed up after the constant attacking, I took the job as president, and warranted him so he would not be able to change back to abuse the jobs. Including I did have a RP reason for both... Attempted Mass murder.

I went police commander to watch that he didn't try to kill MarineSnake, but quickly got demoted after he propkilled himself to get the warrant off, and went president. I got warranted and he drove off. We saw almost nothing to one another, before he again returned to shoot me with a deagle, in the head, as unemployed.

Players have been encouraged to warrant players that do things such as run around the city porpkilling everyone, to prevent the minging.
The backseat administration rule goes both ways. I never killed him, or took any action, as in backseat administration, out of anger.
He was harassing the only two players online.
