He started to dupe these down and unfreeze them, letting them float all over smashing into everything and lagging up the server. Left not long after that.

He was smashing around every car in the city with these, their scattered all around the city zone.

Currently some people have been trying to taze and arrest him for the 15 minutes just to contain him, but the moment he gets out, he just starts again.

Really theres nothing else to say but that this guy is there just to cause chaos and ruin everyones day, youd think a 100+ hr person wouldnt do this, but guess not.
