Summary: This guy called I-Love-Money joins the server, and suddenly he tries to handcuff the mayor (Saint) and trying to knock him out, then he tazed me when i was Citizen. The mayor (Saint) Demotes I-Love-Money, and he comes back. Then Money goes around complaining it was a Random demote and tries to tie the mayor up with hostage rope. The mayor put's a Arrest on him, then he suddenly complains about random arrest he runs away and runs in to the bank where he first buy's the door and we ram it, then he Propblocks it.
