Time in GMT: sorry i dont know, but i was in a meeting with the presidant (Andreas)
Summary: im a police commander and i see a request about random cuffing and rdm, i go to BP to find that he is going around random cuffing and shooting people in the legs for reason i dont know, he didn't know i was behind when he said ' I am a corrupt cop' now he said this to me when i was walking around and said "have you seen a assassin around?" i say "no sorry, why?" and he replies "i want the Mafia dead" i say isn't that fail RP though, he says " im a corrupt cop and walks off"
Evidence: sorry i don't have any, but there where ALOT of rebels around and a gun dealer who requested for the police.
