I must also mention, AGAIN, that I was told to leave this area(given 5 seconds to do so), and AGAIN, I very much doubt he was going to poke my arm until I decided to step out.
This is not a part of his property, this looks more like an extension of the area where they get to kill people.

I have seen the screens time and time again. Show me the rule break because I dont see any. Just because you say this is a killing area does not mean we can just ban him on your word... Sure the area doesnt look friendly but I dont see anyone breaking rules on these screenshots...

I was unaware of that second Fading Door. Didn't even know it was made. Probably happened while I was afk waiting in corelone house for my 5 mins to be up so I could leave. Again, thank you for the admin's response. If I could just get Alexia...

Small question however: If all of the evidence (Toxic has it all, and he posted it) is dismissed, and I have the support of a couple admins, is it possible for me to be unbanned without the banning admin's consent? (I'd like to know because tomorrow I'll have extra time and that only happens once a week.)

Cannot verify the mic comments but if we are to punish it should be Joel and reefan too. I dont see D0nk killing anyone someone should re look at the logs.

I get that but the whole thing I just explained was that it wasn't a kill area and that I was going to use it to park our cars, however my Corelone friends were being stupid and using it as such. Never once did I kill anyone during the time I was Corelone. I admitted that I broke it because Reefan and Joel777 were using it like one and I felt that,by creating it, I had accidentally broke the rules.

I know I'm unbanned now, but I really don't want this on my record if it IS a mistake/misunderstanding.

He never once in the logs stated it was a kill area Alexia.

Toxic was the only one calling it a kill zone, and donk was correcting him saying it was not...

Unban request reviewed after escalation.

Closing notes:
Accused player claims ban being issued on misleading evidence.
However investigating SA found that despite the accused player not having established a "killzone" as such and actually having stated the contrary to it in OOC, since the construction - red line - did serve its purpose as a "killzone" for other players, the issued suspension remains valid - as the given construction does promote RDM.

In addition, as the accused player says that the given constructions purpose was to keep off trespassers while allowing them to park their cars. The investigating SA believes that both statements there are questionable, as a red line does not keep trespassers away as a fence does, nor does it in any way assist one with their parking.

Request denied.
