Error connecting to server

I haven't been playing on this server for a terribly long time, so I'm relatively new. I've noticed that whenever I'm playing, the server seems to crash an awful lot. Is this pretty common? And why does it keep crashing?
And my other concern is sometimes when I join i get a random error message, either buffer overflow or reliable snapshot, and even after the suggested options it still doesn't work. Is there anyway to make these errors stop?

This is common, most of the time it is because people are jealous of the servers and either decided to Ddos or Dos the server so it crashes. Other times it is because there are resets in the map so not to many Snap shot over flows happen normally at night the servers run fine tho. Hope this helped.

Yeah it did. It just sucks. I join and just begin RP'ing and then the server crashes. It's really inconvenient.
