The Bank Of America was founded in 1923 and was first introduced into the new city 'Evocity' during the year of 2008. Since then the 'BOA' was signed under a government stipulation as presidential roles continuously changed, this agreement was made in order for the 'BOA' to continue as a functional role in society without conflictions with the erratic changes in current presidential laws and limits.
The head director of the ‘BOA’ (Mr. Donald May) was reported missing on the 23/4/2009 and since then the stipulation was disbanded while the government took possession of the ‘BOA’ for the duration of his absence. On the 27/4/2009 the ‘ECPD’ closed the case on Mr. Donald on the grounds it was “Misleading”.
From the 27/4/2009 – 12/6/2011 the ‘BOA’ remained under government control, unmanaged. It was not until the downfall of the current government on the 12/6/2011 during the assassination of the president (Mr. Holland Brae) did the control over ‘BOA’ cease and the ownership was given to Donald’s grandson.
With the paperwork finalized Mr. Brenton May now leads the work of economic services in Evocity.

Starting an account is easy and simple, you have two options in account creation;
- Create an account IC during gameplay.
- Create an account OOC via forums.

At the Bank Of America this policy is stated for all accounts.
(Terminated accounts are non-refundable.)
- Breaking FL Rules will result in a blacklist and/or account termination.
- Criminal activity against the BOA will result in account termination.
- Accounts of listed employments currently suspended/outlawed are not biased in account access/services.
- Sharing a PIN is done at your own risk, the BOA is not liable.
- Blacklisted accounts are unblacklisted within 24-hours.
- Fraud will result in account termination.
- Multiple accounts cannot be made by a single user.

- Q: Why are you doing this?
- A: Every nation needs an economy, this will hopefully provide it for everyone to enjoy.
- Q: So you steal peoples money?
- A: No, this is a banking service. Any money taken would be seen as scamming which is against the rules.
- Q: What if the bank is robbed?
- A: Your money is secure, in a hostage situation anything taken is ours alone.

Interest rates are an important aspect of the banking system, However since the time between paychecks is exceptionally closer then in reality the interest rates are set at a % of 100. Why? Interest is intended to be long-term and therefore we have had to reduce the amount recieved from interest to compensate.
Taxes also effect the current interest rate, to put it simply the higher the tax the lower the interest rate. The lowest the interest rate can go is 5%.

Loaning is set in Date/Time format, when you take out a loan you must repay it by said Date/Time. Repaying a Loan is simple, if you do not repay the loan on time your 'Loan History' goes down (-1) once you repay your loan your 'Loan History' goes up (+1).
When you have failed to repay on time you stop recieving interest every paycheck and must return the same amount to the 'BOA' along with your repayment, note this will vary depending on the current interest rate.
