iPhone need help!

Hold the HOME button and the LOCK button for a couple of seconds that enter's it in DFU Mode

I've been searching Deh Interwebz for quite a time now, and everyone writes the same answer "Put the iPhone into DFU mode", and i can't as i cannot access iTunes as stated above.

Well, rebooting the phone won't help. I've tried.

Clearly it seems you aren't knowledgable in iPhone tech ( it isn't a bad thing I'm just saying) and neither are a bunch of the people above with their comments lol. Listen here's what you do, just take it to your cell phone company's nearest store OR, take it to the Apple store. You can't fix it yourself or else this thread wouldn't exist. Just go to one of those stores.
