Um not really. It took me 3 times killed by prop. The other 4 times and the cops, he pushed it all the time. It looks that way. He has not. And why do you post on here? Have you ever to rights?

I personally don't see sufficient evidence that the person you are talking about did such things, since we haven't got his name written anywhere, and the prop's owner is Sjonnie, not the person you are mentioning.
