Summary:
I saw this guy kill my friend (Blazer) randomly, I was trying to kill him before he killed my friend but I was a few secends to slow...
After he had killed my friend in the middle of the street he try to kill me but I was killing him.. After that he broke NLR and tryed to give me handcuffs on and then it finally succeed for him to give me handcuffs on he was shooting me in the head and toke my handcuffs off.

(OBS! got another sit. totaly like this here 7 hours later where he is doing exacly the same thing, give me handcuffs on and shot me a few times down to low HP)

(OBS!!! I just got handcuffsed and RDMed by him again and this time he also stolden my car as police officer 7½ hours after this post)
