Lol any help would be appreciated, if there is anyone good at Chemistry.

Limited Reactants

1. Given the following reaction, a student heated 5.52g of copper and 10.1 g of Sulfur.

2Cu (g) + 1S (s) ---> 1Cu2S (s)

a. What is the limited reagent?

b. What mass of the product Cu2S is formed?

c. How much of the excess reactant will be left over?

Here is what i did:

5.52gCu * 1 mol Cu/ 63.5g Cu = 0.09mol Cu

10.1gS 8 1 mol S/ 2 mol Cu = 0.045 mol S

Sulfur = Excess Reagent
Copper = Limited Reagent

Wow.. I used to think the stuff I do now in science is confusing but then I saw this.

EDIT: This was not meant to be an arrow to the knee joke. But it is now.
