Title of Suggestion: BMDealer NPC

Description
Make the BMDealer-NPC a little bit more attractive when there is no BMD online right now. Sometimes its really annoying when you wanna just farm weed - make some money but you can‘t buy any seeds because there is no-one online. I think if it should be possible to buy seeds & pots and maybe some other stuff from the NPC - that would prevent players changing job just to get seeds or pots for example.

As long as there is no online BMD this NPC can show up but i beileve the NPC should not provide everything a real player BMD can..

I'd say +support for having the seeds and pots available at Zakariya all the time tbh, when a BMD is online they should be more expensive or limited, the rest of the Black Market items would need to be job restricted still though.

I think basic items should be available when there aren't enough players/no one is playing the specific job. Imagine you wanna do some criminal RP, but there's 15 players on the server and no BMD/gun dealer. You either self supply or join back later, and neither of those are exactly good things for maintaining the player count.

+ Support, I agree with Frost on this. I wonder if this could work with the new version of BMD post economy update, where the gun dealer and BMD were merged into one job.

People will play BMD even less after this since you would take 80% of his transactions. The only two other regular items you buy from him are kevlar and breaches, but you don't really buy those on daily basis, more like every two weeks or so or even less if you're more of an AFK farmer rather than active criminal.

Triple the market price on items from NPC if you decide to add him, or make him sell nerfed seeds that take twice as long to grow.
