OK, now before you all get mad it says that I ask here if I have any questions doesn't say it has to be game related. Here is my problem, I would like to know how to make it to the place where you can customize things on your comp. for example the tab colors and second of all I wanna know a way to make it so that my desktop BG changes every like minute. Thanks for the help everyone.

Well, normally you go to the desktop, make a RIGHT click with your mouse and go to "Personalize".
This will bring you to a panel where you can customize everything, just click around there and you will find the things easily.
