the amin banned me for a word
he wouldn't listen to what I was saying to him he couldn't hear that it was in game and not directly to the person himself
we are on a dark rp and we are not allowed to say dirty or be with an n word

he didn't do anything when they drove over me with the car in nexus even though i asked to come and see and help

Thanks for taking your time to make this Staff report. I will await a response from Taxi regarding the situation.

However to my knowledge you used derogatory language which is generally aimed at black individuals. Fearless has a standard to uphold including we stop discrimination against the protected characteristics. I shall await Taxis response however before I conclude this.

As already mentioned you called another player the N-word, even twice if I recall correctly. We have zero tolerance for this kind of derogatory language which is why I think a punishment is not unreasonable. I don't think it's fair that you blame me for not listening to you when I spent 10-15 minutes listening to what you had to say, even letting you bring your girlfriend to let her talk to me because you wanted someone who could speak better english to speak in your place.

I therefor fail to see how I have abused my powers or make myself guilty for any infringement of the rules.

I would also like to add the following which is an example from the AA instruction of what is NOT considered abuse:

"Punishing you in various forms, even if you don't like the reason."

you try to be honest and correct

Abuse Case Denied, Whether what you said was in game, or not. The use of that term is strictly prohibited. What Taxi did was well within his right and was in no-way abuse. I'd like to also remind you that you cannot make an Admin Abuse case against a member of the team solely because they punished you.

Next time ensure you watch what language you decide to use when addressing players.
